Franchise Systems Group policy is to respect and protect
the privacy of our users. This policy statement tells
you how we collect information from you and how we use
it.
Personal Information about
Users that Franchise Systems Group Gathers
The information we gather from users helps us personalise
and continually improve our Services and your experience
using these Services. We gather information only as
described below.

You Give Us
We receive and store any information you enter on your
Franchise Systems Group request form or give us in any
other way, such as your name and E-mail address. You
may opt in to receive promotions or be notified of further
upgrades or Services from Franchise Systems Group. You
can choose not to provide certain information or opt
out of such options, but then you might not be able
to take advantage of many of our features. We use the
information that you provide to customise future Services
for you and communicate with you.

information that we may note from public sources such
as your web page. At this time we do not use cookie
technologies. You should be aware though that when you
are on the Franchise Systems Group Web site, you could
be directed to other sites that are beyond our control.
There are links to other sites from the Franchise Systems

We are emphatically NOT in the business of selling user

relating to our Services on our behalf. Our service

to the extent that it is required to perform their functions,
and they may not use it for other purposes.

Transactions
As Franchise
Systems Group grows its business, we might sell or buy
assets. In such transactions, user information generally
is one of the transferred assets. Also, should Franchise
System Group or substantially all of its assets be acquired
or file for bankruptcy, user information will be one
of the assets.

of Franchise Systems Group and Others
We would disclose

someone who may be causing injury to or interference
with (either intentionally or unintentionally) to Franchise

consent to Franchise Systems Group’s disclosure of your

parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose
not to share the information.
4. How You Can Remove Information
You may request that we delete any personal information
we may have collected about you (E-mail address or other
registration information, etc.) from our computers by
contacting us directly at privacy

with the symbol "@" and close up the spaces)
or using the webmaster link on the Franchise Systems
Group Web site.
