Mike Padden
Mike is one
of Australia's most experienced Consultants and advisors
in Franchising. He was the Founding Vice President of
the Franchisors Association of Australia (now FCA).
Mike’s management experience includes the hands-on
role of General Manager of a Franchised Retail Chain
operating 165 outlets in six countries.
Mike has assisted
a variety of clients in a diverse range of business
sectors that have included: Accounting and Bookkeeping;
Retail Clothing; Contract Cleaning; Cosmetic Retailing;
Building Services; Insurance; Communications; Transport;
Printing; Restaurants and Fast Food; Security etc.
Bill
Lockett
Bill Lockett
is a seasoned retailer with over 40 years international
experience in senior management positions with major
retailers in four very different countries: UK, Australia,
Papua New Guinea and China. He has specialised in the
definition of organisational direction and development
of business plans for organisations He also assists
in the implementation of strategies, ensuring action
plans are completed to achieve bottom line results.
His consultancy
experience includes recruitment and business advice
to a variety of clients included shopping centres, variety
stores, hardware chains, small retailers and government
institutions.
John
Jocys
John has over
28 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Training, Business
and Human
Resource Management. He is professionally qualified
in Frontline Management, Retail Management, Marketing,
Telecommunications, Business Sales, Workplace Assessment
and Training.
John
has gained his knowledge, skills & experience by
working in a variety of industries such as Retail, Transport,
Small Business, Corporate and Government. He is also
experienced in marketing and selling products and services
to Business and Consumer markets.
He
has worked with Australian companies such as Australia
Post, Citibank, Optus, Sydney Water, Retravision, Time
Life Books, Who Magazine, Campbell 's Cash & Carry,
Dominos, Burger King, Pets World, MasterPet, Uni of
NSW, Fish Records, Tech Pacific, Newslink, Suttons Motors,
Sheraton Homes and Health Information Pharmacy.
John
has implemented new products, services and systems throughout
his career, to help large to small business owners meet
their needs and to achieve greater results. This is
further evidenced by the implementation of numerous
initiatives in the areas of Marketing, Sales, Operations,
Human Resources and Administration resulting in bottom
line improvements in team work, profit, and customer
service.
John
is a volunteer to the wider community having been or
is involved with Sydney West Regional Park , School
Councils, Neighbourhood Watch, and NSW Cancer Council.
He
is also a member of the Australian Institute of Management
and Australian Business Limited
